Challenge
I was tasked with creating a social media strategy from scratch for a major astrology brand, as one did not currently exist. Social channels were active but lacked structure, consistency, and a clear strategic direction.
What Did I Do?
I analyzed past performance, audited competitors, built processes, and a content calendar. I developed platform-specific strategies, refined tone and visuals, and introduced new KPIs tied to traffic and engagement. I also led creative direction for all photos, graphics, and videos (which we were not using on social media), and introduced templates and processes.
I ensured that all social media platforms were visually aligned with the brand colors and that the graphics were modern and engaging, driving increased engagement and followers.
Results
Within the first month of implementation, website traffic from social media increased by 43%, demonstrating the effectiveness of the new strategy and establishing a framework for future campaigns.
